  • Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, ValleyZon.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and billed. If your payment method has already been charged, a full refund will be issued.

Order Acceptance Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. ValleyZon.com reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities at any time post-purchase.
Payment Processing We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.
Cancellations Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment processing. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our Standard Return Policy.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ValleyZon.com is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, customs clearances, or invalid addresses.
  • Title & Risk of Loss: Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
  • Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized goods, perishable items, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
